Monorigine Customer Service is available to answer questions about products, orders, returns, shipping, by phoning +390721956055 every day from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 or by sending an email to info@monorigine.it

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed on average within 2 working days. The guarantee and timing of delivery are a function of the guarantee offered by the courier used. In the case of partially out of stock products (orders of multiple items), the customer will be notified of the average time required for the supply of the missing items and the available products will be shipped. The customer will be free to obtain a refund for the missing items or to wait for the new shipment of the items temporarily reported as missing. In this case the second shipment is free of charge.

PRICES

The prices quoted in the Monorigine catalog, published in the pages of this site, will cancel all previous versions, including versions published on paper. The prices indicated are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified, and they not include shipping costs.

• Credit card: all major credit and debit cards are accepted. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, POSTEPAY, DISCOVER, etc. (via Paypal platform)

• Scalapay:  you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize this transfer. This payment method can only be used for purchases from these countries: Austria, Belgium, Holland, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain.

In the event that the consumer wishes to pay by credit card, he may use the procedure to secure payment by PayPal, capable of ensuring the confidentiality of data provided by customers. For any further information and Legal Agreements refer the customer to visit www.paypal.com.

SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES

The following terms apply to orders delivered outside the Italian territory.

The delivery of products purchased is done exclusively via tracked express courier.

Shipping costs for the main European countries (e.g. Germany, France, Spain), are fixed at €7.90

Shipping costs for United Kingdom are fixed at €9.90

For all other countries, the shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and are displayed in the cart after setting the shipping country.

Shipping times are approximately from 3 to 7 days depending on the shipping country.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Only intact, unopened, untampered packages can be returned. The amount paid for the returned products will be refunded, excluding shipping costs. The return shipping costs are charged to the customer.
